Dear Furiends,
If you like President Trump, tomorrow you can do something to show your support for him…
On March 16 many trump supporters should mail Donald Trump a postcard that publicly expresses their support…. The theory is that if each supporter writes a postcard and we mail them on the same day, it could be a record-breaking, officially-verifiable, warehouse-filling show of faith. (Hank Aaron currently holds the record for fan mail, having received 900,000 pieces in a year.)
Mr. M and I have never sent a postcard, or even purchased one, but we have cardstock, a printer and plenty of ink, so we designed and printed our own. First, we looked up the dimensions of postcards:
- Height is from 3-1/2 inches (8.890 cm) to 4-1/4 inches (10.795 cm).
- Length is from 5 inches (12.700 cm) to 6 inches (15.240 cm)
- Thickness is from 0.007 inch (0.018 cm) to 0.016 inch (0.040 cm).
(Any item smaller than the minimum dimensions is not mailable.)
If you decide to do this, on March 16th, 2017 mail your messages to:
President Donald J. Trump
The White House
1600 Pennsylvania Avenue NW
Washington , DC 20500

PS: M and I are cautiously optimistic about President Trump and tomorrow,we will express our support with our homemade cards.
We just mailed ours 🙂

We put ours in the mail first thing this morning. Hope a lot of them are sent… it is very, very rare for a politician to make such an effort at keeping campaign promises. >^.^<

Our prayer group sends a postcard to the president, whoever it is, every single Friday. We simply tell him we are praying for him and his family, and give a Bible quote.

There is an obvious attempt to discredit your new President, but all data so far, especially Wall Street, are very good. Good or bad he is, there can be the right valuation only at the end of his mandate!
There is a motto here: “power wears out who hasn’t it” 😀

As I said, I am cautiously optimistic. I agree that he does seem to be trying to do a good job despite those who want to discredit him and/or cling to ideas, which have been proven false. I am all for supporting humans who try to do the correct thing.
( I also agree that power is not good thing – profit can be very, very bad, too… almost like those things corrode the soul.) >^.^<

In three months it is very difficult to say he does not seem to be trying to do a good job! Three months is a very short time 🙂

The national debt is down – 3 months after Obama, it was up; more jobs have been created; he has made regulations that will vet immigrants to assure that only those who want to become Americans get in…. In light of what some radicals are doing, I think this is very wise. Of course, some claim that Trump is anti-Muslim, because the 6 countries he is looking closely at are predominately Muslim. However, many other countries are predominately Muslim, too, and they are not on his list. President Obama, who is Muslim, listed those same 6 countries, plus one more… I strongly doubt that anyone said he was anti-Muslim!
If Trump can put his plans through, I think it will be good for America and also the world. >^.^<

Democrats were sure, absolutely sure to dominate the world scene for the next eight years (and Europe was sure, too!). On this opposite side of the ocean, things are different, and the European scene is now uncertain because DT has no evident connections with the famous Foundations that rule the money flow. Opposition to DT will be hard!

Opposition is usually difficult. I, for one, do not envy President Trump and would never, ever want that job. Frankly, I can’t understand why anyone would want it, but since each country needs leadership, I am very glad he does want to do it. The amazing thing to many is that President Trump seems to be making ever effort to fulfill his campaign promises …. apparently most politicians say whatever they think will get them votes, then do whatever they please, once in office… Honesty is a virtue and should be rewarded.

That thing about unfulfilled promises sounds familiar to me 😀
Honesty is the most difficult virtue to maintain!

This is the kind of thing people should do to make a statement. This is peaceful and positive. Thank you for being an example with a positive direction. Hugs.

Peaceful is always good. I was very surprised at the selection you humans put on the ballot. President Trump does seem to be trying to do a good job for everyine, so if anyone wishes to join me they can. If they don’t like the job he is doing, they can easily ignore this. (M and I think he needs a cat for an advisor.) >^.^<

That is nice to send a paw made card. The citizens of the United States voted Mr. Trump for a persident, I don´t understand this campaign to paint him black, a Finnish way to say , at all, he is now tha president and that´s it.

IMHO, black is good!
That said, not all humans understand that we tuxies are great, so I understand where the idea of painting someone black came from. What baffles me is why some news broadcasts continue to harp about the Russians, when it was proved – months ago – that they had no involvement. Humans seem to glue themselves to certain ideas, don’t they? =^.^=
