Meowser I’m glad you liked my choices… BTW, has BellaSita checked out Master Lama Rasaji? When he was young (preteen) he had horrible kidney problems and wasn’t expected to live past 18 … I think he’s now in his 60s, but he doesn’t look that old… he swears by tai chi gung and claims doing the simple exercises are curative… his kidneys are in excellent health.
