I have a system where I smear Sanitizer on cart handle of every cart I use when shopping & I do my hands too. Then when I go for coffee after shopping I use restroom & wash hands thoroughly! And when I get home too! And then moisturize as it drives my eczema crazy! 😉

Mom does something similar – in addition to washing hands with actual soap and water, she takes the paper towel to open the bathroom door because she feels many don’t do that.

I carry hand sanitizer & I actually smear it on cart handles plus my palms. Maybe I better start carrying soap & a wee bucket of water!!!! 😉

Hand sanitizer doesn’t last as long as soap and water, but for sure it is much better than nothing1
