Wordless Wednesday

Dear Furiends,

Pardon me for being distracted by a bug!!!DSC_0062

Ms. Purrseidon asked me to write today’s post. I’m pretty sure that lizard knows that we cats cant get it when it’s up high, because it has been antagonizing us for days. It lives in the passionvine, which is just outside the catio door and has a thing for Miss Stubs, our resident catio-lizard. (Purr ate her tail months ago and since then she has learned to avoid us cats). But her ‘beau’ is showing off here, on top of a banana tree:

  1. Grandma’s dog, Lulu, chases lizards also. She’s never caught one that we’ve seen.

Here’s a funny story, i was at Ms. B’s house cleaning one day and i opened the back door to stick my mop outside when in ran a lizard! Well, i didn’t want it to get caught indoors and die, so i scooted behind it and kept shoo-ing at it, and i chased it in a circle around the kitchen table and back out the door.

    1. Dezi & Raena, I have no idea how he manages to hold on like that. Fur sure, I can’t do anything like that. And yes, Purr eats lizard tails – says they’re yummy and losing them doesn’t hurt the lizard, but I don’t know about that. Katsu

    1. Meowser, Ms. Sandee, lizard hunting is great fun, but Purr is much better than I am … she actually catches some, but only takes tail trophies…. I haven’t managed to do that, yet. Katsu
