Hill’s Science Diet Adult 7+ Youthful Vitality Salmon & Vegetable Stew Canned Cat Food

At first I didn’t want anything to do with Hill’s Science Diet Adult 7+ Youthful Vitality Salmon & Vegetable Stew Canned Cat Food …. I KNEW this was something Mr. M was supposed to review – HE was over 7 and this food is supposedly for Adult Cats who are over 7. I am only 3, so I did NOT want to review this. Plus, I’m still in mourning over M having lost his battle with cancer and I know I can’t replace him. Of course, the staff debated my decision and went so far as to set up the cans for a photo shoot… (Photos for this was one thing M hadn’t done before he went over the rainbow.)

 Can flew everywhere. It was very gratifying to bowl them over like that. Now, I understand why M used to do that. (I’d never done it, previously, but I was standing in for my dearly departed brofur.)

The chef had to rebuild the pyramid a bunch of times before I agreed to do the shoot and taste it. I mean, I do love to be in front of a camera and M had said it was delicious…. but I made the chef promise that we would  we donate the rest of the case to our local animal shelter, which has senior cats.

Bargain made, I posed, then pretended to eat it, but it did smell yummy, so I tasted it and then I ate nearly all of it…. M was right about it being great food. I loved it, but I’m still not ready for a diet designed for senior cats, so we’re still donating it in M’s honor. I even let Saphera  licks the dish, so she’d know what we were donating – she thought it was wonderful, too, and volunteered to eat the rest, but she’s a senior dog, not a cat and she’s on a special diet.
