Today, instead of sharing a video clip with experiments you can do or something that explains a scientific truth, I’ve decided to share a very short video clip that will give you a different purrspective of the aurora. This shows you what our astronauts see. The time-lapse imagery, below, was made on June 25, 2017, by Expedition 52. The International Space Station was flying from south of Australia to the southern Pacific Ocean, thus the aurora is specifically the Aurora Australis of the southern hemisphere.
