Denkt dran! Klopft vor dem Losfahren mal kurz auf die Motorhaube. Tiere – vor allem Katzen – suchen im Winter oft Schutz unter Autos oder sogar im Motorraum. Gebt ihnen eine Chance, da rauszukommen, bevor Ihr den Motor startet.
We’ve never had a disaster, but when we lived farther North, my staff evicted more than one cat from wheel well & nice warm engine… We now live in a near-tropic area, so it is difficult to remember to post things like this.

Yes! That’s a very good thing to remember! We are going to Vancouver next week and my human will be renting a car – she will have to remember this.

Very important! Every year here, in Finland, newspapers write about cats travelling hidden by an engine.

When it gets cold, seeking shelter and warmth is understandable. Stay warm my brother – but not on an engine! =^.^=

We had one of those in the previous house, but not here… Those lovely warm bricks were wonderful to nap on. =^.^=
