Spring Cleaning

P1170905.JPGFuriends, I know this is supposed to be Selfie Sunday, but I am terribly busy supervising my staff as they work on the yard and clean the house… It is like trying to organize a three ring circus, however, I discovered that if I took position in the dinning room, I could keep an eye out the window to make certain the mower was going straight and also make sure the vacuum sucked up all shed fur…. I don’t want to name any names, but have you ever seen how much a husky can shed?

I’m toying with the idea of teaching my staff to turn all that fur into yarn… yarn is wonderful!

Making sure the kitchen was sparkling required me to move into the kitchen:

However, to my utter disgust, when the staff noticed that I was inspecting the dishwasher’s quality of the cleaning, I was rudely shoved out of the way and they reran the dishwasher.P1170927.JPG

So,  I’m sorry if the focus wasn’t purrfect on some of my selfies, but I’m sure that you understand how busy-busy I was.

  1. Fiona and Giulietta used to get in the dishwasher all the time when they were kittens. Mom’s always wondered if any other kitties do or have done that. Hope that the humans’ cleaning efforts passed your high quality standards. Thanks for being a hopper. XOCK, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Jo

    1. Some of their work is top notch, but I can’t seem to break them of the horrible habit of throwing empty boxes away… This is very disturbing to me and Mr. M is even more upset by this habit.

    1. Really? I know there is water in there when it’s turned on and I love water… that’s what I was looking for … and that the dishes were properly cleaned.

    1. Yeow! Beware of males with vachooms!!!! They don’t deploy the normal little Roomba, then drag big orange shop-vac monsters in from the garage! You should have seen what happened the last time that happened… Saphera was shedding and walked behind the monster, got hit by back blast from it and for a minute I thought she’d exploded!
